BBQ Sauce
- 150g onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 birds eye chili
- 2 Tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 Tsp smoked paprika powder
- 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tsp allspice
- 100g brown sugar
- 1 pkg vanilla sugar
- 2 Tbsp tomato puree
- 100ml apple cider vinegar
- 150g tomato ketchup
- 100ml Worcester sauce
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 200ml black currant juice

(1) Finely dice onion, garlic, and chili.
(2) Fry onion and garlic, then add paprika, cinnamon, allspice and roast for a few seconds.
(3) Add sugar, vanilla sugar, tomato puree and chilli as well as vinegar, than simmer for a bit.
(4) Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
(5) Fill into glasses while hot
