Whisky BBQ Sauce
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300g vine tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp rapeseed oil
- 100g tomato puree
- 100 - 150g brown sugar (according to taste)
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp smoked sweet paprika powder
- 50ml (or more) Whisky
- 100ml white wine vinegar
- 100ml Worcestersauce
- hot chilli sauce to taste
- salt

(1) Finely dice onion and garlic.
(2) Halve tomatoes, remove seeds and dice.
(3) Heat oil in pan, fry onion and garlic, then add tomatoes.
(4) Add remaining ingredients, let simmer for 30 minutes, then season with some salt.
(5) Fill into glasses while hot.
