Spicy Sriracha Green Beans (internet)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound green beans, washed and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (plus extra to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1-2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds (optional)
PREPARATION
(1) Whisk soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha together; set aside.
(2) Fill a large pan with 1 inch of water and bring to a boil. Add green beans and blanch for 3 minutes. While the green beans cook, fill a large bowl with ice water and set aside.
(3) After the 3 minutes are up, strain green beans and then dunk them into the ice water for about 1 minute.
(4) Pour sesame oil into the pan and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add the green beans back in, stirring well to coat the beans.
(5) Add Sriracha mixture to the pan and simmer uncovered for a few minutes. Once the green beans are tender, toss with sesame seeds and serve up hot!
