Harissa (Slowly Veggie)
- 2 - 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 Tsp cumin
- 2 Tsp coriander seeds
- 1 Tsp caraway seeds
- 1/4 Tsp fennel seeds
- 2 Tsp chili flakes
- 4 Tsp paprika flakes, hot
- 1 Tbsp Tahini
- 10 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tsp sea salt

(1) In a mortar, roughly pound garlic, cumin, coriander, caraway seeds, fennel seeds, chili flakes, paprika flakes.

(2) Add Tahini, olive oil and sea salt, and mix all ingredients together into a thick paste.
